Terms of use
Your account, what a Pro plan covers, how the library may be used — on the site and through Appllama MCP — and the restrictions that apply.

1. About Appllama
Appllama is a reference library of iOS app screens, user flows, UI elements and app revenue data. It is operated by Antmind Ventures Private Limited, 210, Devashish Business Park, Satellite, Gujarat, India - 380015.
These terms apply to everyone who uses the site, whether on a free or paid plan. By using Appllama you accept them.
2. Your account
An account is required to save content. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email address, or with a connected Google, Apple or X account.
You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure, and for activity that takes place under it.
Your profile and any boards you mark public are visible to anyone, including search engines. You can make your profile private in account settings.
3. Pro plans
A Pro plan is licensed to one named individual for their own use. Sharing account credentials, or allowing another person to use your account, is not permitted. We may suspend or close an account where we reasonably believe this has occurred.
Where access is required for more than one person, a team account applies. Contact us and we will arrange it.
Pro is paid in advance and covers the period you select, or the duration of an invite code where one has been issued. Where a plan renews, this is stated before payment. Refunds and cancellation are set out in our refunds policy.
Pro includes access to Appllama MCP (section 6) with a monthly allowance of credits. Credits are personal to the member, reset in full on the first day of each month, do not roll over, have no cash value and cannot be transferred. When a Pro plan ends, MCP access ends with it.
4. Licence and permitted use
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to access the library for research, analysis, reference and design inspiration. This is a licence to access, not a transfer of ownership, and it ends when your subscription or account ends.
You may reference individual screens in presentations, teaching material and commentary, provided the app they came from is credited.
5. Restrictions
You may not:
- republish, resell, syndicate or otherwise redistribute content from the library
- export, mirror, cache or archive the library or any substantial part of it
- compile any dataset, directory, collection or product from it, including any competing service
- use it to train, fine-tune, evaluate, benchmark or index a machine learning model
- circumvent or interfere with access controls, including rate limits, plan tiers or gating on locked content
6. Automated access and Appllama MCP
Appllama MCP is the one supported way for software to use the library. It is a remote server at mcp.appllama.io that a Pro member connects to their own AI coding agent — Claude, Cursor, Codex or any client that speaks the Model Context Protocol — by authorising it with their Appllama account. Through it, an agent working on the member's behalf may search apps, walk their screens, and study flows and UI elements, and may build from what it finds. The licence in section 4 and the restrictions in section 5 apply to everything an agent retrieves exactly as they apply to you: an agent may study the library on your behalf; it may not extract it.
Each MCP call spends one credit from your monthly allowance. Media links returned to an agent expire after about an hour and are for immediate study, not storage. Access is tied to your Pro plan and is checked on every call. You are responsible for the agents and clients you authorise and for what they do with your account, and you may ask us to revoke a connection at any time.
Bulk retrieval through the MCP — sweeping the catalogue to extract the dataset itself rather than to answer a real task — is a breach of section 5. It is detected, and accounts engaged in it are restricted.
All other automated access — crawlers, scripts, headless browsers, downloaders, browser extensions, and any use of our internal API outside the Appllama interface or the MCP — is not permitted without written permission. Safeguards are in place to detect and prevent bulk retrieval, and accounts or networks engaged in it are restricted. Reverse engineering the service, defeating access controls, or copying data at scale by any method is prohibited and will be pursued through legal channels.
Search engines and answer engines may index the site within the limits set out in our robots file.
7. Intellectual property
The apps shown in the library are the work of their respective owners. Their trademarks, logos, screens and copyrights remain with them. We are not affiliated with them and claim no endorsement.
The curation, structure, taxonomy, metadata, revenue data, software, interface and the library as a compiled work are the intellectual property of Antmind Ventures Private Limited. The Appllama skills published on GitHub are released under their own open-source licence, stated in that repository; that licence covers the skills, not the library.
Nothing in these terms limits fair dealing rights available to you under applicable law. Removal requests are handled under our copyright policy.
8. Availability and changes
We may add, modify or withdraw parts of the service, and may update these terms. Where a change is material we will note it on this page. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance.
The library is provided as reference material. We do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or continuously available, and we are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of it.
9. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. To have your account and data removed, contact us.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, including for credential sharing, redistribution, bulk retrieval or circumvention of access controls. Closing an account also ends every MCP connection authorised under it. Sections 5, 6 and 7 survive termination.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
11. Contact
